If you're trying to join a list but the site is telling you your social is already connected to another wallet, then most like you joined a list previously with a different wallet. You can only attach a specific Twitter or Discord account to one wallet at a time.
If you've cycled through your wallets and can't figure out which one, then you can disconnect your social account from PREMINT.
