This project will be overallocating. That means that if you win, you will NOT be guaranteed a spot. Please see the project description for more information.

Mindmare is live action science fiction film written & directed by Gary Eck (co-writer & co-director of Happy Feet 2 with Academy Award winner George Miller).

Mindmare will be shot in Sydney using real actors and will largely utilise greenscreen using partial sets and background environments created in Unreal Engine.

We have a guaranteed theatrical release in Australia and New Zealand.

Mindmare is also a collection of 4 x 2500 NFTs that live on the Ethereum blockchain.

Mindmare Vol 2 is the project's second collection featuring 2500 3D animated Brain Cubes based on the film.

Mindmare was formally known as Amygdala Project but adopted the new name to correspond to the latest draft script.

Mindmare will be financed independently but supported through the sale of NFTs, backed by a comprehensive production ROADMAP and dedicated core team of talented artists including production designer and concept artist, Nick Stath ( Alien (2024), Blur Studios, Disney, Infinite Entertainment), VFX supervisor Richard Pritchard (Mad Max: Fury Road, The Prometheus, Happy Feet 1 & 2), 3D Unreal Artist Jesse Escalante and 3D character Artist Pablo Munzo Gomex.

Our goal is to create a world class sci-fi film backed by blue chip NFTs allowing Mindmare holders to contribute and participate throughout the whole production process of the film plus benefit from a whole host of unique utilities.

Audition for the film, win a chance to have a character named after you, receive airdrops of concept art, lots of sneak-peeks of making of, VIP set access, win props and costumes, win great prizes along the way, plus lots more including a 5% community DAO from sales.

We want to make a sci-fi film that not only looks amazing but is smart, unique but also mainstream and made for a fraction of the cost of a typical high concept CGI production. If you get in early, you can literally own a piece of movie history!"

LIFE AFTER MINDMARE
But we don’t want to to stop there. We want to turn Mindmare into a Web 3 Play-to-Earn Video Game that lives in the metaverse and built on the blockchain. NFT assets accumulated during the film process will become playable assets in the game.

Have questions?

Here are some answers to commonly asked questions. Did we miss something? DM us on Twitter to ask anything else.

Yes. ~50 million list registrations have happened on PREMINT without issue. When you sign in with PREMINT, you only are validating ownership of the wallet address. PREMINT does not get any permissions to perform transactions and does not have any way of withdrawing anything from your wallet.
Premint has been used by some of the top artists and collections in the NFT ecosystem, including XCOPY, Coldie, DeekayMotion, Cool Cats, Known Origin, Async Art, Shaq, and over 25,000 more.
Signing is the only way we can truly know that you are the owner of the wallet you are connecting. Signing is a safe, gas-less transaction that does not in any way give PREMINT permission to perform any transactions with your wallet.
PREMINT saves your wallet and social info as a part of the registration step, so you can disconnect everything afterwards and your entry is still valid.
As far as PREMINT is concerned, yes, but the project owner might check that you still own the token before finalizing the list.
If you fully registered, the only way your wallet wouldn’t be on the list of registered wallets is if the project removed it. PREMINT never deletes wallets from the list for any reason.
If you don’t know what wallet your Discord or Twitter are connected to, just go to https://premint.xyz/disconnect and you can force-disconnect them.
While creators are welcome to name their PREMINT projects whatever they like, we choose to use the term "allow list" or "access list" vs "whitelist." "Whitelist" could be considered exclusionary language, and the spirit of web3 is about inclusion.
